Mom packs daughter's school lunch

Mum packs daughter's school lunch 'while half-asleep' - doesn't realise her huge mistake
All parents try to do their best for their children and after Jamie Oliver's revelation that kids shouldn't really be eating turkey twizzlers (who knew?), there's been a lot of focus on what we should be putting in their lunchboxes.
But one mum made a massive error when she tried to pack a lunch for her 17-year-old daughter.
Thinking she had put an energy drink in there, she sent her daughter on her way.
Later, she received a text message from the high school student asking what the drink was.
A screengrab of the message exchange shows that she replied with "Idk" (that's 'I don't know', if you're unaware).
She added: "I think tea. Or energy. It was in the refrigerator downstairs."
What she had actually packed was a Four Loko - an alcoholic energy drink. Oops.
Given that her daughter McKenzie isn't legally allowed to drink alcohol for another four years, that's a pretty big mistake.
McKenzie then tweeted a photo of the can in her bag, along with a screengrab of the messages from her mum.
She told BuzzFeed : "I texted my mom about it and she couldn’t believe the mistake she made; she was half asleep when packing my lunch and thought it was a Peace Tea."
It had belonged to her brother and was stored in a fridge the family rarely uses.
Apparently her mum was pretty embarrassed about the mistake, and said she'll be drinking coffee before she does the packed lunches from now on.
McKenzie also says she made sure she got rid of the can before she arrived at school.
